Using the Navigation Bar

When you log in to NICE WebStation, the system displays the navigation bar with the Home page selected. Click the menu icon () to collapse (unpin) the navigation bar. When you unpin the navigation bar, you can position the cursor over the collapsed navigation bar to expand it, and move your cursor off the navigation bar to collapse it. Position the cursor over the collapsed navigation bar to expand it and click the menu icon to pin the navigation bar open.

Note

The navigation bar only displays the menu items for the features that you use.

    Select the My Schedule menu item on the navigation bar to display your schedule data for the week on the My Schedule page. For more information, see My Schedule.

    Select the Group Schedules menu item on the navigation bar to browse other agents’ schedules on the Group Schedules page. For more information, see Group Schedules.

  • Schedule Preferences

    Select the Schedule Preferences menu item on the navigation bar to enter your schedule preferences on the Schedule Preferences page. For more information, see Schedule Preferences.

• Availability Points

  Select the Availability Points menu item on the navigation bar to view and manage your availability on the Availability Points - My Availability page. For more information, see Availability Points.

• Schedule Bidding

  Select the Schedule Bidding menu item on the navigation bar to enter your personal preferences for schedule patterns on the Schedule Bidding page. For more information, see Schedule Bidding.

• Time Off Manager

  Select the Time Off Manager menu item on the navigation bar to manage your time off in Time Off Manager. For more information, see Time Off Manager.

• StatsViewer

  Select the StatsViewer menu item on the navigation bar to display your contact statistics information on the StatsViewer page. For more information, see StatsViewer.

• Work Journal

  Select the Work Journal menu item on the navigation bar to view and manage your work items on the Work Journal page. For more information, see Work Journal.

• Employee Engagement Manager

  Select the Employee Engagement Manager menu item on the navigation bar to open NICE Employee Engagement Manager (EEM) to view and manage your schedule.
