Select the language for NICE WebStation, including the Login page, in the Language field.
Enter your login ID in the Username field.
Enter your password in the Password field.
Click Login or press Enter on your keyboard to log in.
If you typed your login ID or password incorrectly, the system displays an error message. You need to retype your login ID and password and then click Login or press Enter to log in to NICE WebStation.
If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password link.
Enter your Username and enter the text you see in the box in the Text Verification field.
Click Cancel or Sign In to return to the NICE Login page. Click Next to continue.
If you click Next, answer the question and click Send New Password.
If you answer the question correctly, the system sends you an e-mail with a new temporary password. To receive the e-mail, you must have an e-mail address defined in the WFM workstation Agent Definition view. If you do not have an e-mail address defined, the system prompts you to change the password immediately.
If this is your first time logging in to the NICE WebStation with a new password, and you entered your login ID and password correctly, the system displays the New Password page. Enter a password in the New Password field. The password must contain at least 6 characters, 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 special character (such as * or !). Enter the password again in the Confirm Password field. Click Save to save the password and display the NICE WebStation - Home page.
If you previously logged in to the NICE WebStation using the password, and you entered your login ID and password correctly, the system displays the NICE WebStation - Home page.
After successfully logging in to the NICE WebStation, you can specify your user preferences by editing your personal preferences in the user menu. For more information, see User Menu.
